Returns and Exchanges

Unlike many other jewelry stores, we provide a detailed mockup rendering for the EXACT design we will be using, which is then approved by the customer before starting the ring! Since all details are approved beforehand, and each ring is made to order for each customer, returns or exchanges will only be granted on a customer by customer basis. This decision depends fully on our ability to resell the ring. If we decide we may be able to resell the ring, 70% of the ring cost will be refunded!

If anything is incorrect or damaged, this is a different case!! We will do everything to make sure the ring is absolutely perfect.
