Once you place your order, we get started right away!
First, we order the materials and diamonds, then our expert jewelers start crafting your dream ring. Website rings are ready in around 4 weeks!
You’ll get weekly email updates so you’re never left wondering about your ring’s progress.
Once it’s complete, we’ll send you a final video to show off the sparkle before shipping it fully insured—so it arrives safe and sound, ready to be yours forever!

How does the process work once I buy a ring from your website?

They’re just different stones! They’re similar in durability and sparkle, but moissanites are a bit more rainbowy and slightly less “clear” but much more affordable! While they’re not identical, as a lot of brands preach, they are both gorgeous and perfect for engagement rings!

Turnaround Time: When you buy a ring directly off our website, it will take about 4 weeks to complete! If we do a fully custom design for you, the process will take around 6 weeks instead!

What is your Turnaround & Response time?

Response Time: Monday-Friday you can expect a response within 24 hours from your initial message! If you reach out during the weekend, expect a response by the end of the day on Monday!

  1. Reach out - we will go over all your ring ideas! We will take a look at inspo pics, metal options, and diamond choices to figure out exactly what you’re loving, and I’ll give you a quote!
  2. Design Finalization – We’ll make sure we’ve nailed the design and that you’re in love with every detail before moving forward.
  3. Deposit – A 30% deposit is required to officially start your ring!!
  4. Crafting the Magic – If any final tweaks are needed, we’ll finalize the design. Then, I’ll order the materials, and our expert jewelers will start bringing your dream ring to life! Custom rings take about 6 weeks to complete.
  5. Final Approval & Shipping – Once your ring is ready, I’ll send you detailed videos so you can see it sparkle! Then, after the final payment, your ring will be shipped fully insured to make sure it gets to you safe and sound.

We work with just about any stone and metal you have your heart set on! We work with both natural and lab grown stones, such as sapphires, diamonds, rubies, emeralds, moissanite, and so much more! Warranty Policies:

We stand by the quality of our rings and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer:

5-Year Center Stone Warranty:

Your center stone is meant to last a lifetime, and we don’t expect any issues. However, we provide a 5-year warranty in case of unexpected damage. If your stone chips, cracks, or has other issues, we will replace it at no cost. This does not cover excessive force or accidents, such as:
  • The ring being run over by a car
  • Dropping the ring from a significant height onto a hard surface
  • Slamming your hand against something with extreme force

We provide a 1-year warranty on the ring itself, covering any repairs needed due to regular wear and tear, including:
  • A prong lifting
  • A small stone falling out
  • Other minor structural issues caused by normal daily wear
We chose to offer a 1-year warranty because any potential craftsmanship issues will show up within the first year. After that, any damage is due to wear and tear rather than a flaw in the original craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover excessive or intentional damage, such as:
  • Bending the ring out of shape
  • Twisting or forcing the stone in its setting
  • Snagging the ring on something with enough force to pull the setting out of alignment
  • Damage requiring a full remake of the ring
This is because these issues are very unlikely to happen because of simply wearing the ring every day, and would generally occur because of improper wear of the ring.

1-Year Ring Warranty

Return Policies:

Since every piece is made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis based on the likelihood of resale. Here’s how it works:

Custom Rings:

Custom pieces are designed specifically for you—your size, metal choice, and exact specifications. Because of this, returns are not guaranteed but may be eligible for a 70% refund (deposit is non-refundable).

Ready-to-buy rings

If you purchase a ring from our Ready-to-Buy collection and it has no signs of wear, you may return it minus a 20% restocking fee.

One-of-a-kind Returns

All returns for custom rings are reviewed on an individual basis. If a return is approved, it must be in perfect, unworn condition.

Warranty Coverage:

If something is wrong with your ring (such as a defect or craftsmanship issue), we will make it right under our warranty.
