Terms of Service for MGJ Holdings LLC aka Maddie Grace Jewelry

By purchasing from Maddie Grace Jewelry, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products and Services
We offer full custom rings, semi-custom jewelry, and CAD design services.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Rings: Custom pieces are designed specifically for you—your size, metal choice, and exact
specifications. Because of this, returns are not guaranteed but may be eligible for a 70% refund (deposit
is non-refundable).
- Ready-to-Buy Rings: If you purchase a ring from our Ready-to-Buy collection and it has no signs of
wear, you may return it minus a 20% restocking fee.
- One-of-a-Kind Rings: All returns for custom rings are reviewed on an individual basis. If a return is
approved, it must be in perfect, unworn condition.
- Warranty: If something is wrong with your ring (such as a defect or craftsmanship issue), we will make
it right under our warranty.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
- Orders are fulfilled based on the timeline at the time of ordering.
- We use USPS and FedEx with signature required and insurance.
4. User Accounts
No account is required to place an order.
5. Payments Accepted
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Venmo, and private payment plans.
6. Delays & Communication
We communicate production timeframes and regular updates throughout the process.
7. Ownership & Marketing Use
We retain rights to CAD designs and images of completed jewelry.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Shipping delays/losses
- Allergic reactions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Customer dissatisfaction from lack of research
- Changes of mind once production begins
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, United States.
10. Communication Consent
By placing an order, you agree to receive email and SMS updates.
